Carmela and Antonio Conte Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2013 to support single mothers as they pursue their academic and career goals at Monroe Community College. Established to honor the memory of Professor Anthony D. Conte’s parents, Carmela and Antonio Conte, this scholarship will cover up to 70% of a students’ cost of education. Preference will be given to students with a clear career pathway over those enrolled in general education programs such as Liberal Arts.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Single mothers with unique financial challenges.
2. Full-time or part-time students.
3. Minimum GPA of 3.0.
4. Preference given to students enrolled in a Science, Health or Business A.A.S. degree program.
