CloudCheckr Scholarship in memory of Michael T. Brice '13

In loving memory of Michael Brice, who passed away unexpectedly on April 14, 2021 at the age of 29. Mike was an incredibly gifted software engineer who first joined CloudCheckr as a student intern and then fulltime after he graduated. He was the guy everyone turned to, was always there to help, and always smiling. He was a coworker and friend who everyone loved, admired, and respected. The CloudCheckr Endowed Scholarship in memory of Michael T. Brice ’13 will support a Monroe Community College student aspiring to have a career in Computer Science.

Impact

Monroe Community College’s computer science associate degree program helps students develop sharp analytical and creative skills to best prepare them to continue their education and achieve a rewarding career. This program is intended to accommodate students with varied career goals in the computer science field and is recommended for students preparing to transfer into a baccalaureate degree program in Computer Science.

MCC has transfer agreements that offer computer science students seamless academic transition to four-year universities nearby, such as RIT and University of Rochester, as well as across the country.

Scholarships
