PROFESSOR SUSAN CABLE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR OFFICER DARYL PIERSON
In 2015, Professor Susan Cable and her husband Don Tubman, NYS investigator (retired), made a $10,000 pledge to initiate a memorial scholarship to honor the memory and service of Rochester Police Officer Daryl Pierson, who died in the line of duty in September 2014. Officer Pierson was a student of Professor Cable’s and she established this scholarship to honor his career and service. The Darryl Pierson Memorial Scholarship will support MCC students studying Criminal Justice and will honor and recognize Officer Pierson’s exemplary work ethic as a student in MCC’s Criminal Justice program. It is their hope to encourage others to help endow the scholarship to create an ever-lasting tribute to Daryl.
Please help us keep Daryl’s memory alive by making a donation to the Officer Daryl Pierson Memorial Scholarship.
