Tony Lambiase, Jr. Memorial Firefighter's Scholarship

To honor the memory of Tony Lambiase Jr., a firefighter who graduated from MCC in 2000, and to foster further interest in the field of firefighting service.

Impact

The TONY LAMBIASE JR. MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR FIREFIGHTERS will help deserving MCC students address financial obstacles and graduate from the Fire Protection Technology Program.

The 2017 recipient of the TONY LAMBIASE JR. MEMORIAL SCHOLARSIP FOR FIREFIGHTERS is Eddie Casado. Eddie wrote “Thank you for allowing me to receive such a prestigious award. You have given me the chance to continue to expand my knowledge and to pursue my long dream of becoming a firefighter. As long as I can remember I dreamt of becoming a firefighter. All throughout high school I always had that goal in mind so I kept hitting the books making sure that I was doing my very best.”

The 2017 recipient of the TONY LAMBIASE JR. MEMORIAL SCHOLARSIP FOR FIREFIGHTERS is Kelly Kraft. Kelly wrote " The fire department has been one of my biggest passions. I have learned so much already and I continue to learn everyday, It is definitely a learning career. I can not wait to get my schooling done and get started on my life in the fire service."
