Established by Time Warner Communications in 1996 to support MCC students who show academic promise and have demonstrated a drive to succeed.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Full-time student.
2. Monroe County resident.
3. Minimum GPA of 2.5.
4. Middle-income student based on results of the FASFA.
