ELIGIBILITY

1.) Registered for the Welding and Fabrication Industry Certification program co-sponsored by MCC and the Rochester Arc & Flame Center.
2.) Have a demonstrated aptitude for and interest in a welding career.
3.) Demonstrated financial need.
