Association for Bridge Construction and Design (ABCD) WNY Chapter Scholarship

We have just started distributing scholarship applications for undergraduates enrolled in a civil engineering program for the 2023-2024 school year who are interested in the field of bridge engineering/construction/technology/research, etc. Scholarship applications are due October 20th, 2023. Scholarship recipients will be chosen in early November, and funds will be sent to schools for the Spring 2024 semester. Details are listed in the attached application forms.

Scholarships available are:
1. Those seeking an Associates Degree: $2,000
2. Those seeking a Bachelor’s Degree: $6,000 to the 1st place applicant, $3,000 to the 2nd place applicant
Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors are all welcome to apply. Applicants do not need to be 100% committed to entering a career in bridges engineering, but should express openness/interest in the field.
