Gilbert J. Hatch Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established in 2004 in memory of Gilbert J. Hatch, a respected business leader and MCC Foundation board member, to honor his love of community and learning.

ELIGIBILITY

1.) Recipients must fulfill all requirements for admission to MCC’s Transfer Pathways programs.
2.) Preference will be to students in Transfer Pathways programs for RIT.
3.) Full-time matriculated MCC students; must maintain continuous enrollment.
4.) Minimum GPA of 3.0 to be maintained while at MCC.
5). Demonstrated financial need.
6.) Strong sense of community service with testimony of activity.
7.) Applicant must submit a 500-word essay on “How has your involvement in community service helped to shape your life and what does ‘giving back to the community’ mean to you?”
