The James W. Sawers '05, Rhonda Peterson '93, and Todd Bateman Scholarship Fund in Honor of Professor Mary Ewanechko

Created by MCC alumni, James W. Sawers ’05, his mother, Rhonda Peterson, ’93 and stepfather, Todd Bateman, to honor the impact that Professor Mary Ewanechko had on James during his time at MCC, helping him discover his interests and abilities in and outside of the classroom. James credits much of his success to the impact that Professor Ewanechko’s classes had on him. This scholarship will provide students with access to a quality education to better their life goals and positively impact the greater community.

ELIGIBILITY

1.) Full or part-time students.
2.) Demonstrated financial need.
3.) MCC GPA of 2.5 or better for continued eligibility.
4.) Successful completion of at least one business course (student does not have to be a business major).
