ELIGIBILITY

1.) Full or part-time students.
2.) Demonstrated financial need or merit.
3.) Enrolled in a certificate or associate degree program in tooling and machining.
4.) Completed at least 30 credit hours.
5.) Preference for students who are near program completion.
6.) Preference for graduates from the Rochester City School District.
7.) Preference for students who are from immigrant families.
8.) The donor desires that special consideration be given to:
a) Students who have overcome obstacles such as socioeconomic or educational disadvantage;
b) First generation in their families to attend college;
c) Members of groups historically underrepresented in skilled trades or higher education.
