ELIGIBILITY

1.) Full or part-time students.
2.) Demonstrated financial need or merit.
3.) Enrolled in a certificate or associate degree program in tooling and machining.
4.) Completed at least 15 hours towards the certificate or 30 credit hours towards the degree program.
5.) Preference for students who are near program completion.
6.) Preference for graduates from the Rochester City School District.
7.) The donor desires that special consideration be given to:
a) Students who have overcome obstacles such as socioeconomic or educational disadvantage;
b) First generation in their families to attend college.
